Year Two - Development

With the four year celebration just a week away, I want to talk about the second year of SOB. This was a transitional period for both the brand and myself. With a dream in mind and product in hand, I began to shift my focus towards exposure. At the same time, I made the move to Bellingham to attend Western. I knew community was an important factor to a successful brand and I began networking within the entrepreneurship program. Doing so presented exposure opportunities such as a spread in the Western Front and vending at local events. Throughout this year, I encountered like-minded individuals who were working towards creating positive changes. This led me to reflect on some of the barriers I had overcome in my own life, and initiated a shift in what State of Bliss stood for. I wanted the brand to be a symbol of change for youth who have encountered similar barriers. Stay tuned this week as our four year event approaches and make sure to check out the link in our bio to learn more!
